ZEEMR Payment Methods

 

ZEEMR accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Paypal
  • Paypal Credit
  • Debit Card (Maestro)
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay)

Notes:

  • Currently, ZEEMR does not accept installment.
     
  • Supported banks for iDEAL payments: ABN AMRO Bank, ASN Bank, ING Bank, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot.
     
  • The bank will review your transaction if you pay by local payments. ZEEMR does not receive the payments during the period of bank review. Once the review is completed, ZEEMR receives the payment and will process your order. Generally speaking, the reviewing time is about 1-5 working days.
     
  • If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or UnionPay credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
     
  • If a PayPal dispute or Credit Card chargeback occurs before shipment, the order will be held because PayPal or card bank will withhold payment under such circumstances. Please settle the dispute or chargeback to proceed with the order.
     
  • For your protection, orders are subject to ZEEMR's verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. ZEEMR reserves the right to refuse an order if the order or payment information is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same payment method you used to make your payment.

How can I pay with my discount or gift card?

 

There are “gift card and discount code” options in the order summary section. To use a discount or gift card, please enter the discount or gift card code you have in the blank column. And don’t forget to click on “Apply” to continue the order.

 

Do I have to pay extra fees when I buy ZEEMR products?

 

It depends on your payment method. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or UnionPay credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates.

In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase.

Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees, and ZEEMR does not take any responsibility for extra charges incurred while making payments with international bank cards.

 

What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?

 

Please place an order again since we are not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. We suggest you check the order address is matching your billing address when placing a new order.
