2. Is it safe to spend my money on ZEEMR online store?

 

We cooperate with authorities in 3rd-party certification to protect you when making purchases (SSL to secure the web environment and PayPal to ensure payment security). We also select reliable delivery partners to ensure your products reach you on time.

 

3. What's the difference between a ZEEMR projector and regular projectors?

 

· Outstanding Appearance Design: All ZEEMR projectors are made of aircraft-grade aluminum and magnesium metal.

· Longer Product Lifespan: All ZEEMR projectors are equipped with a fully enclosed optical machine. This dusty-proof design provides a 30000+ hours lifespan for your ZEEMR projector.

5. How do I redeem a coupon?

 

You may apply the coupon code on your shopping cart page or checkout page. By filling in the code yourself or it was automatically filled in, the discount will be valid for your order.

 

6. Can I redeem multiple coupons?

 

No, only one coupon code can be used per order.

7. Where can I find my orders?

 

For registered customers, please log in to your account to see all your order history.

For guest users, please contact us at support.global@zeemr.com about your needs with your Order ID listed in the confirmation email you received.

 

8. How can I track a delivery?

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email. Within it, you will receive a tracking number for your package.

 

9. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

 

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not sent together since different shipping options can be used (depending on the product). Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

10. What should I do if I received a different product than what I ordered?

We ship worldwide.

 

14. How long does delivery take?

 

The delivery time could be various due to the different destinations. For a US address, it usually will be 3-7 working days.

 

15. What if I don't receive my package?

 

If the tracking status shows "delivered", yet you have not received your package, please contact customer support at support.global@zeemr.com.

If after 9 days from placing your order, you do not have any update on shipping and have not received your package, please contact customer support at support.global@zeemr.com.

 

16. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

* Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. ZEEMR will not replace the order or issue a refund.

17. How can I start a return for my purchase?

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For detailed information please see our Return Policy.

 

18. Who pays for return shipping costs?

 

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

19. What is the return and exchange process?

20. When will I receive my refund?

 

Once your return package reaches us, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or need additional support with your refund, please contact us at support.global@zeemr.com.

 

21. Do I need to return all of the items in the box for returns and refunds?

 

You may keep the accessories in the order if you want. We will calculate the item price and then issue the refund accordingly.

 

22. How long is the warranty period on my ZEEMR product?
